Power Smart App – Sign Up

You can easily make account on Power Smart App by providing the following information:
- Select your distribution company. (As you are a MEPCO user, choose “MEPCO” from the dropdown.)
- Give your name
- Give your email
- Your phone number after choosing the service provider from the dropdown.
- Give your CNIC number
- Enter your password
After providing all of these pieces of information, click the “Sign Up” button, and your account will be created.
Power Smart App – Sign In
Once you have created your account, you can easily sign in to your Power Smart App by using your email, CNIC, or phone no.

To sign in to your Power Smart App account, you have to provide the following information:
- Email, or CNIC, or Phone No.
- Password
After providing these pieces of information, click the “Sign In” button, and you will be logged in to your account.

Once you are logged in to your Power Smart App account, you can use all of its services. And the services that you can access in the Power Smart App are as follows:
Self Reading

In self reading section the users get option to submit their meter reading and upload the image of their own meter as proof. But if you give any wrong information, legal action will be taken against you. This Self Reading is also called “Apna Meter Apni Reading”.

The “Other Services” section leads you to the MEPCO Smart App dashboard where you can access the following services:

- New Connection
- Track New Connection
- Update tenant CNIC
- Track Tenant CNIC

Complaints

In the complaints section, you get option to track your complaint by putting in the Tracking ID.
Duplicate Bill

In the “Duplicate Bill” section, you put in the your reference no. and get your MEPCO duplicate bill. In short this option helps you view your duplicate electricity bills.
